How to Reset a User’s Password

You can reset the password for any User on an account that you manage.

Note: You’ll need to have an Admin level User Role to reset the password of other account users.

To reset a user’s password:

1. Go Users in the sidebar.
2. Click Manage next to the user.
3. Then click Reset Password.

4. Click Send link and we’ll send a reset password link to that user’s email address.
