After connecting with QuickBooks Online, Dext will import all of your Tax Codes from QuickBooks Online.
Set ‘Use tax list’ to Yes and a drop down list of the tax lists set up in your QuickBooks Online account will be shown on the Item details page.
You can also select default tax and exempt tax code amounts for Costs and Sales items that will automatically be applied to all costs and sales items, saving you time. This default can be overridden by supplier rules or manually adjusting the tax rate on the Item details page.
Note: If you’re using Irish taxes, we recommend using the tax rate with a specific date range on it.
