Within Solo, there is a default list of categories mapped to tax boxes which you can customise to suit your client’s needs and streamline your tax reporting.
To do this you are able to add a new category, edit or remap an existing category and delete a category if needed.
To add a new category:
- Go to Categories in the Lists section of the sidebar.

- Click the Add category button at the top of the page.

- Select the Tax return box from the drop down list, enter the name you want to give to the category and the disallowed %. When ready, click Add.

You can edit a category at any time from the Categories page by clicking Edit next to the category you wish to update.

Categories can also be deleted by clicking the Delete button.
