Mapping Solo Categories to Tax Boxes

Within Solo, there is a default list of categories mapped to tax boxes which you can customise to suit your client’s needs and streamline your tax reporting.

To do this you are able to add a new category, edit or remap an existing category and delete a category if needed.

To add a new category:

  1. Go to Categories in the Lists section of the sidebar.
  1. Click the Add category button at the top of the page.
  1. Select the Tax return box from the drop down list, enter the name you want to give to the category and the disallowed %. When ready, click Add.

You can edit a category at any time from the Categories page by clicking Edit next to the category you wish to update.

Categories can also be deleted by clicking the Delete button.
