What does the Status of my document mean?

Once an item has been submitted, you may see different status depending on what’s happened to the item itself. 

Take a look at the below for a list of the status’ and what they mean: 

New: New Document added to Inbox.

Ready: Document is ready to be published.

Published: Published to accounting software.

Edited: Document has been edited.

ExpenseReport: Item has been added to an Expense Report.

To Review: Needs user input

Archived: Document has been moved to Archive .

Exported: Document has been Exported.
