After receipts, invoices or other financial paperwork have been submitted to Dext, it can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours to be extracted and displayed in the Inbox.
This timing can vary according to how many submissions we’ve received. Typically it takes around 30 minutes. At peak times, it can take a few hours for a document to be processed.
This is because after being uploaded, all submitted items are added to a processing queue. The queue can be longer or shorter, depending on how many people are submitting their paperwork at the time.
During this time, you can view uploaded items in the In Processing tab of the Inbox.
If you’re short on time and want your item available immediately then you’re able to move one item or all your items to the Inbox and manually complete the extraction process:

If your item is still In processing after 24 hours, please contact us and we’ll take a closer look into it for you. Please provide us with details about the account in question, including the login email address, the submissions that have been delayed and when these were submitted.
