Missing Bank Data

Dext Prepare can now automatically detect missing bank data between bank submissions.

For example, if a user uploads a Bank Statement for January and then another for March Dext Prepare will use the opening and closing dates and balances to detect that there is a period of missing data between these submissions.

To see if you have any missing periods:

  1. Go to the Bank workspace in the sidebar, then Overview.
  2. Hover over the To Review icon in the Status column. You will see a message stating that missing data has been detected.
  1. Go to the Processed Statements page to see the number of days between the statements.

4. To resolve the missing period of bank data click Resolve, then Add Documents the upload panel will appear, with the correct bank account automatically selected. Upload the missing bank statement.
