If you encounter this error when publishing an item from Dext to Xero, it generally means there’s an issue with your Xero subscription status.
To resolve it, you’ll need to:
1. Verify your Xero subscription statusby:
- Logging into your Xero account.
- Navigating to the Subscriptions tab to confirm the status of your subscription is active.
Note: If you’re unable to view this information, you’ll need to reach out to the Subscriber of the organisation.
2. Reconnect the connection in Dext.
After confirming that your Xero subscription is active, you’ll need to reconnect Dext with Xero.
3. Attempt to publish the item again
Once you’ve reconnected the connection in Dext, you’ll need to try publishing the item(s) again.
Note: The error message may still appear until you’ve reattempted to publish the items.
