Specify which client accounts the users on your partner account have permission to view and edit.

How to Edit Which Client Accounts an Existing User Can View
- On the client list, next to the relevant client account, click Manage.
- Then Practice access.

- Set the toggle in the ‘Bookkeeping access’ column to Yes for the colleagues you want to give access to the client.

How to Grant Access when Creating a Colleague
- Navigate to Team on the main menu.
- Click Add new colleague.

- Fill in their details and click Next.
- Select the user privilege level you wish to assign to the account and click Next. If you set them as a practice admin or client admin the colleague will have automatic access to all client accounts.
- For standard users, you’ll have to determine access to all client accounts. Set ‘Bookkeeping access’ to Yes next to the client accounts this colleague will have permission to access and click Next.

- Finish the process by inviting the colleague to Dext via email and text.
