As Prepare and Precision become one in the Enhanced Dext experience, some clients may have separate Prepare only and Precision only accounts that need to be merged.
If the same client has been created in Prepare and Precision separately, Dext may not recognise them as the same account, meaning the accounts will have different CRNs and are treated as different entities.
To merge two separate Prepare only and Precision only clients:
- On the client list page, check the tickboxes next to the Prepare and Precision clients you wish to merge.
- Click the Merge clients button in the top right corner of the page. This button only works if you intend to merge a Precision only client with a Prepare only client.
- Tick the box to confirm that you know you will not be able to reverse the action, and click the Merge clients button.
