Add Multiple Users or Colleagues

To add a large number of new users to a client account or colleagues to your Dext Prepare account either manually, or via upload of a CSV file.

To add multiple users or colleagues:

  1. Navigate to Users in the client account, or Team in your practice account.
  1. Click the Add multiple users or Add multiple colleagues buttons at the top of the page.
  1.  You can download the CSV file template, populate it with your user/colleague information and then upload it by clicking the Select File button. 


    OR you can manually add new users to your account and specify their account user role. To do this enter their name, email, mobile number and select their Role. See more about roles and permission here.

It is important that the phone number includes the Country Code, Area Code/Network Code and then the rest of the digits in the format seen below (for example, if you are based in the UK add 44, for the US and Canada add 1)

For colleagues you will also need to select the clients the colleague will have access to.

  1. Select whether you want the users/colleagues to be notified by email.
  1. And when ready, click Add.
