How to Contact Our Dext Prepare Support Team

Get answers to your questions about Dext Prepare by submitting a support request.

You can submit a request from the web (app.dext.com), the mobile app or by emailing support@dext.com if you’re having trouble logging into your account.

After you start a support request from within your account, you’ll enter into a chat with our virtual chatbot, if they’re unable to help you’ll be put in touch with a member of our support team.

There may be situations where we’re not able to instantly answer your request, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

To contact our support team when logged into the web app, you’ll need to:

  1. Click the orange Message icon in the bottom-right of your screen
  2. Click Ask a question to begin chatting with our virtual chatbot.

To contact our support team when logged into the mobile app, you’ll need to:

  1. Click Settings in the bottom right corner. 
  2. Click Chat with us.
  3. Click Ask a question to begin chatting with our virtual chatbot.

Once you’ve received a reply, you’ll be able to see this under the Messages section on the chat function when you’re logged into your account. 

We’ll also send you an email to let you know we’ve replied.
