Dext Business has two types of add-ons: feature add-ons, which unlock capabilities not included in the base plan, and credit bundles, which top up the monthly allowances already included in your plan.
Note: Only Business Admins can manage add-ons from the Subscription page.
Feature add-ons
Feature add-ons are optional extras that unlock specific capabilities on top of any Dext Business plan. Each one can be activated independently.
To activate a feature add-on, go to Business settings > Subscription and select Start a free trial or Buy from the relevant tile. Once active, select Manage to adjust settings or Remove to deactivate it.
Commerce Lite
Commerce Lite automatically imports sales transactions from up to 5 e-commerce platforms into Dext. A free trial is available.
Useful if: you sell through online marketplaces or storefronts. For full details, go to Using Commerce Lite to import online sales
Vault+
Vault+ is secure document storage with AI-powered organisation. 100MB of storage is included free with every plan; additional storage is available as a paid add-on.
Useful if: you need a central place for business documents beyond receipts and invoices — contracts, leases, compliance documents, and similar. For full details, go to Using Vault in Dext
Dext AI Assist
Dext AI Assist automates categorisation, field updates, and flagging across your account. Currently available as a free trial — up to 50 applied suggestions are included at no extra cost.

Dext Payments
Dext Payments lets you pay supplier invoices, expenses, and payroll directly from Dext. UK only; requires a Xero integration.

Credit bundles
Credit bundles let you top up the monthly allowances included in your Dext Business plan. Bundles are available for:
Bank Statement Extraction (sheets) — useful when bank feeds aren't available or you're catching up on historical periods
Supplier Statement Extraction (statements) — useful if you receive regular statements from suppliers and want to reconcile them against your books
Line Item Extraction (documents) — useful if your invoices typically have more than one line
Boost — speeds up the processing time for items you submit to Dext; useful during high-volume periods
If you go over a monthly allowance without a bundle, usage is charged at a pay-as-you-go rate. Go to Business settings > Subscription to see your rates.
To buy a bundle, go to Business settings > Subscription and select Buy bundle under the relevant credit.
