Dext Business is a single plan that scales with the number of users and documents you need. You can choose monthly or annual billing — annual plans save 20% and are billed upfront for the year.
If you don't have an account yet, go to app.dext.com/en/signups, select For businesses, and start a free 14-day trial. No payment details required.
How the plan works
Dext Business plans scale with the number of users you need. The base plan starts at 5 users — there's no single-user tier. Each additional user increases your monthly allowances together; you can't adjust them independently.
The base plan includes:
5 users
250 documents per month
10 sheets of Bank Statement Extraction
5 statements of Supplier Statement Extraction
5 documents with Line Item Extraction
Each additional user adds 50 documents, 5 sheets of Bank Statement Extraction, 5 documents with Line Item Extraction, and 1 statement of Supplier Statement Extraction. All allowances reset at the start of each monthly billing period.
For current pricing, go to the Dext business pricing page.

Who pays for your account
Your Dext Business account can be paid for by your business directly, or by an accountant or bookkeeper through their practice subscription.
If your accountant pays: your account sits under their practice subscription. You use Dext the same way regardless of who pays. If you want to take over billing, go to Business settings > Subscription and select Change who pays.
If you pay directly: you manage your own subscription from Business settings > Subscription, including your plan tier, billing term, add-on credits, and payment method.
For full details on switching who pays, go to Change who pays for a Dext business account.
For billing details and invoice management, go to How to manage billing details for your Dext business account.
