You can buy a Dext Business plan at any point during your free trial, or after your trial ends.
Important: Only Business Admins can access the Subscription page and complete a purchase.
During or after your free trial
Your free trial lasts 14 days. You can buy a plan at any point during the trial, or wait until it ends.
During your trial, a banner at the top of your Dext account shows how many days remain. When your trial ends, the banner updates to show that your account has expired.
To buy a plan, use any of these entry points:
Select Manage subscription in the banner at the top of your Dext account.
Go to Business settings > Subscription in the left navigation.
Select your name in the top right, then select Buy a plan.
Note: Dext doesn't collect payment details during a free trial. You'll enter your payment information as part of the purchase flow.
Dext Business plans
Dext Business plans scale with the number of users you need. The base plan starts at 5 users - there's no single-user tier. Each additional user increases your monthly allowances together; you can't adjust them independently.
The base plan includes:
5 users
250 documents per month
10 sheets of Bank Statement Extraction
5 statements of Supplier Statement Extraction
5 documents with Line Item Extraction
Each additional user adds 50 documents, 5 sheets of Bank Statement Extraction, 5 documents with Line Item Extraction, and 1 statement of Supplier Statement Extraction.
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save 20% and are billed upfront for the year.

Choose your plan
Once on the Subscription page, select View plans and follow these steps:
Select Monthly or Annual billing.
To use the standard plan, select Select plan. To customise, use the − and + buttons in the Customise a plan tile to set the number of users you need - your document allowance updates automatically - then select Select custom plan.
If prompted, review any optional add-ons, including Commerce Lite and pre-paid credit bundles. Select Continue to proceed, or skip if you don't need them.
Review and complete your purchase
The Review purchase page summarises your plan before you pay.
Review your plan details, including the plan name, users, documents, and total cost.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the Enter discount code field and select Apply.
Check the start date and billing terms - your plan starts today and renews automatically.
Select Buy plan to continue.
Enter your business address and select Next.
Enter your payment details and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
After you buy
Your plan starts today and renews automatically each month, or each year if you choose annual billing. You'll receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
