Your billing details cover the business information on your subscription invoices, where invoices are sent, your payment method, and your subscription dates. You can find all of this under Subscription in Business settings, across two tabs: Billing Details and Invoice history.
Note: Only Business Admins can access the Subscription section in Business settings.
Billing Details
The Billing Details tab is where you manage the information on your invoices, where they're sent, and how you pay.
Business details
The Business details section shows the company name, registered address, and VAT number that appear on your Dext invoices. This information is read-only here - to make changes, go to Business profile in Business settings.
Invoice settings
The Invoices section controls where your Dext subscription invoices are sent and whether they're added to Dext automatically.
Send invoices to - enter the email address where you'd like Dext to send your subscription invoices.
Add to Dext - when this toggle is on, Dext automatically adds your subscription invoices to your Costs inbox. You'll find them in the inbox or in the archive if they've been moved or published.
Payment details and payment method
The Payment details section shows your subscription type, next bill date, and renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, select Cancel subscription. See How to cancel your Dext account for important information on notice periods and what happens after cancellation.
Below this, the Payment method section shows the card currently used to pay for your subscription. Select Edit payment method to update your card details.
Invoice history
The Invoice history tab shows all Dext subscription invoices from the past 12 months. For each invoice, you can select View PDF to download it, or View in inbox to open it in your Costs inbox.
If you need an invoice older than 12 months or need one reissued, contact the Dext support team.
