When you need help with Dext, our support team is here to assist. You can contact us directly from the Web App, Mobile App, or by email if you’re having trouble accessing your account.
Ways to contact Dext support
Via the web app
If you're logged into the Dext Web App:
Click the orange Message icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Click Send us a message to start a chat with our virtual chatbot.
If the chatbot can’t resolve your issue, you’ll be connected to a member of our support team, available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
Once you receive a response, you can view it in the Messages section of the chat window.
Via the mobile app
If you're using the Dext Mobile App:
Tap Settings in the bottom-right corner.
Select Ask us a question.
Tap Send us a message to begin chatting with our virtual chatbot.
Just like in the Web App, if your issue isn’t resolved, a support team member will take over the conversation.
Via email
If you’re unable to log into your Dext account, you can email us directly at support@dext.com.
Be sure to include as much detail as possible so we can help you quickly.
What to expect after you submit a request
You’ll receive a response in the Messages section within your Dext account.
We’ll also send you an email notification to let you know we’ve replied.
If we’re unable to respond right away, rest assured - we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Our human support team is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
