You must be the account owner to merge your Dext Prepare and Dext Precision accounts.
NOTE:
This tool is only available for accountant and bookkeeper partners who have both a Dext Prepare and Dext Precision account, and purchased their subscription before February 23rd 2021. This tool is also unavailable for Dext Precision users with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled.
Merging your Dext Prepare and Dext Precision accounts allows you to access all your Dext products with a single login from app.dext.com and gives you access to the Dext homepage and product switcher.
How to merge your Dext Prepare and Dext Precision accounts
- Login to Dext Prepare;
- Click the product switcher icon in the top-left corner, then click ‘Learn More’ to get started;
Click ‘Merge my accounts’ and follow the setup wizard:
- Enter your Dext Precision login details;
- Review your Dext Precision account details;
- Review your accounts’ different users and roles across Dext Prepare and Dext Precision
When complete, you will be able to login to both Dext Prepare and Dext Precision from app.dext.com and access the Dext Homepage.
