Before deleting your Dext account, you should export any documents or data you want to keep.
Important: You cannot download or export data from the mobile app. All exports must be completed in the Dext web app before deleting your account.
What you should export
Depending on your needs, you may want to export:
Item images (receipts, invoices, documents)
Extracted item data (line items and transaction details)
Archived documents
Export your item data as a CSV file
Download extracted data in spreadsheet format from the web app.
