Before deleting your Dext account, you should export any documents or data you want to keep.
Important: You cannot download or export data from the mobile app. All exports must be completed in the Dext web app before deleting your account.
What you should export
Depending on your needs, you may want to export:
Item images (receipts, invoices, documents)
Extracted item data (line items and transaction details)
Archived documents
Export your item data as a CSV file

Download your documents as PDF files

Back up your paperwork to cloud storage

If your account is connected to accounting software
If your account is integrated with accounting software, you may also wish to publish any remaining items before deleting your account.
