Multi-account management for businesses

Manage multiple Dext business accounts with a single login. Add a new business, merge existing logins, and switch between accounts.

Multi-account management lets you access multiple Dext business accounts using one email address. Each business stays completely separate — subscriptions, documents, and settings are never shared or combined.


Add a new business

Adding a new business creates a separate Dext account linked to your existing login. Once added, you can switch between both businesses without signing out.

Important: This creates a brand new Dext account with its own subscription. To change the plan of your current business instead, go to Business settings > Subscription.

  1. Select your Profile icon in the top right.

  2. Select Buy a plan for a new business.

  3. Enter the business name and country.

  4. Choose a subscription plan.

  5. Confirm your payment details.

Once complete, the new business will appear in your organisation switcher.


Merge existing logins

If you access different Dext business accounts using different email addresses, you can merge those logins into one. This lets you sign in once and switch between all your businesses without managing separate credentials.

Switch between businesses

Once you have access to multiple businesses, you can switch between them at any time.

On web

  1. Select the organisation switcher in the top left.

  2. Choose the business you want to access.

On mobile

  1. Select the orange initial in the top-left corner.

  2. The Select organisation screen will appear.

  3. Choose the business you want to access.
