Account Management

How to invite your Accountant or Bookkeeper

You can invite your Accountant or Bookkeeper by pressing the invite button found in the middle of the Dashboard.

You’ll then be prompted to enter your Accountant or Bookkeepers email address.

How to remove your Accountant or Bookkeeper

To remove your Accountant or Bookkeeper’s access:

  1. Navigate to the Manage section of the menu and click on MyProfile.
  2. Click the Accountant page.
  3. Click Disconnectfromaccountant button.
  4. Review the option on the panel that appears and then click Disconnect.

How to add a new Accountant or Bookkeeper

To allow another Accountant or Bookkeeper to access your account:

  1. Navigate to the Manage section of the menu and click on MyProfile
  2. Click the Accountant page.
  3. Under the Invitations section, add your new Accountant or Bookkeepers email address.
  4. Click the Startcollaborating button.

How to modify your plan

If you need to modify your plan, you can do so by:

  1. Clicking into My Profile then on to the Subscription tab 
  2. Click the green Change your plan button
  3. You’ll be shown the options for our three plans. Business, Business Plus and Premium.
  4. Select the plan most suited to your needs by clicking Buy now
  5. To complete the process, you’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and payment information.

How to view your Item Extraction limit

You can get an overview of how many items you’ve processed and how many are remaining by navigating to MyProfile > Subscription.

How to deactivate your Dext Prepare account

To deactivate your Dext Prepare account:

  1. Click into MyProfile and then select the Subscription tab.
  2. Select CancelSubscription.
  3. Follow the on screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
