The GoProposal integration lets you pull Health Scores and activity metrics from Data Health & Insights into GoProposal to inform your client pricing.
The setup requires an API token from Dext. The majority of the configuration then takes place in GoProposal.
Important: GoProposal can only access data for clients the token creator has access to. Use a Practice Admin account to generate the token, so GoProposal has access to all clients.
Generating an API token
To generate a token, go to Practice settings, select Data Health in the left navigation, then select API tokens. For full instructions, go to Data Health & Insights API.
Give the token a descriptive name — for example, "GoProposal" — so it's easy to identify in your token list.
Completing the setup in GoProposal
Once you have your token, paste it into GoProposal and follow their setup steps. For instructions, go to GoProposal's setup documentation.
