You can add a logo in the Dext web app. It's then displayed in the Dext mobile app and on Expense claims PDFs, depending on your account type.
Before you start
You can add logos in the Dext web app. You cannot upload or change a logo from the mobile app.
Before adding a logo to Dext, make sure you have the correct user permissions.
For Practices
Only the following users can add or update a Practice logo:
Practice Admins
Client Admins with the Manage the practice’s business permission
For Businesses
Only the following users can add or update a Business logo:
Business Admins
User Admins

Add a logo as a Practice
Practice users add their logo from the Practice settings in the web app.
Log in to the Dext web app.
Go to Practice settings.
Select Practice profile.
Upload your logo.
Once uploaded:
The logo appears on Expense claims PDF previews or exports created in the Practice’s internal business account.
The logo does not appear on Expense claims for client accounts.
Clients managed and paid for by your Practice will see the Practice logo:
When logging into their Dext account via the mobile app
On the More page in the mobile app
Add a logo as a Business
Business users add their logo from the Business settings in the web app.
Log in to the Dext web app.
Go to Business settings.
Select Business profile.
Upload your logo.
Once uploaded:
The logo appears on Expense claims PDF previews or exports created in that business account.
The logo appears when logging into the mobile app.
The logo appears on the More page in the mobile app.
Note: If your Dext account is managed and paid for by an accountant or bookkeeper, you will see their Practice logo in the mobile app.
