Every user on Dext Prepare can view and edit items that they have personally submitted to the platform.
Some users can also edit items that belong to other people in their company, depending on their level of user privilege.
Basic users: can view and edit their own items
Expense Approvers: can view and edit their own items and other users' items.
Admin users: can view and edit their own items and other users' items.
Whenever an item is edited, you can see who made the changes from the Item History page.
