If the native Mileage claims feature isn't available in your region, you can use a mileage template to record your business travel and submit it to Dext as a costs document.
What to include in your template
Your completed template must include the following:
Vehicle registration
Travel date
Reason for travel
Distance (in miles or kilometres)
Rate (per mile or kilometre)
Total amount

Mileage template (.xlsx) - editable spreadsheet. Save as a PDF before uploading to Dext.
Mileage claim form - Miles (.pdf) - ready to fill in and upload.
Mileage claim form - Kilometres (.pdf) - ready to fill in and upload.
How to submit your completed template
Once you've filled in your template, upload it to Dext. The document is extracted and appears in your Costs inbox as a costs document.
