You can send items directly from Dext to anyone outside your account by email. This is available in the Costs inbox, Sales inbox, and Expense claims.
Send items by email
To send items by email from Dext, select your items and use the Actions menu.
Go to Costs inbox, Sales inbox, or Expense claims.
Select the checkboxes next to the items you want to send.
Select Actions, then choose Send by email.
Enter the recipient's name, email address, and an optional message.
Choose a CSV format from the dropdown.
Select Send.
What the recipient receives
The recipient gets an email with links to download the items as both a PDF and a CSV file.
Note: Download links expire after 30 days. The email is sent from no-reply@notifications.app.dext.com.
