Use this option when you need to share specific costs, sales, or expense claims with someone outside your Dext account.
Tip: This option is available in the Costs inbox, Sales inbox, and Expense claims workspaces.
Select your items
Choose the items you want to send by ticking the checkboxes on the left.
Open the Tools menu and select Send by email.
Add recipient details and send the email
Enter the recipient’s name, email address, and an optional message.
Choose the CSV format you want to include in the email.
Click Send to finish.
Once done, an email will be sent to your chosen address containing links to download both the PDF and CSV files.

This is how your recipient will see the email.
Important: The download links expire after 30 days. The email will come from no-reply@notifications.app.dext.com.
