Missing Paperwork Reports provide a detailed description of around 100 of the latest transactions in Xero or QuickBooks Online from the past 6 months that don’t currently have an attached document image.
This means Dext can quickly construct a report for your clients, detailing the documents that they need to submit in order to audit-proof their transactions.
This feature gives you an overview of the number of all items in your client’s Xero or QuickBooks Online account that were created without a bill or receipt being present.
To view the number of items in a client’s Xero or QuickBooks Online account with missing paperwork:
On your client list, go to the Missing Paperwork column. Click the number in the Missing Paperwork column to construct a report of the missing items to send to your client.
2. If needed, you can filter the listed items by date and/or amount range for the
requested documents.
3. The report can be downloaded as a .CSV, .PDF, or as an Excel spreadsheet.
4. When ready, click Export.
