Configure your Kashflow settings to publish your tax data to Kashflow.
If you’re publishing an item with a tax amount different than zero and it goes to Kashflow without tax, then you need to switch on your “Publish Tax Data” option.

How to Publish tax to Kashflow
- Go to the Account Settings menu under the Integration tab.
- Set the Publish tax data toggle to ON.
The tax amount extracted from the item (or preset by Supplier rules) and the tax rate will be published to Kashflow.
Selecting a default tax rate
You can also set a default tax rate for costs.
- Go to the Account Settings menu under the Integration tab.
- Ensure the Publish tax data toggle is set to ON.
- Then go to Default tax for Costs and select the tax rate.
Selecting a tax rate on the Item Details page
You can also set a tax rate for an individual item on the Item details page.
- Go to the Item Details page.
- Then Tax and select the amount.
