Transfering Items Between the Costs and Sales Inboxes

You can transfer documents between the Costs and Sales Inboxes by selecting each item you’d like to convert using the checkboxes down the left-hand side of the page, and clicking Tools and Convert to Sales or Convert to Costs.

In the Costs Inbox, select the item, then click on Move to, and then click Sales:

In the Sales workspace, select the item, then click on Move to, and then click Costs:

You can also convert an item from the Item Details page, by clicking the Move to button at the top of the page, then Costs/Sales.
