Any documents on Dext can be downloaded as a CSV, PDF or ZIP file so you can easily share, store or upload your financial data to an Accounting Software.
Tip: Before downloading your items use the search and filter to refine your item selection as there is a size limit of 250 items for a PDF export. If you'd like to export more than 250 items at once, we'd recommend exporting your items as a ZIP file. If you select ZIP file, we'll export your items in their original format.
2. To download specific files, select them using the checkboxes down the left-hand side of the page then click Tools and then Export
3. A window will open. Using the tabs at the top, select PDF. Choose if you’d like your exported items to be moved to the Archive after export. Then click Export.
4. Then click on the Download button to complete the process.
