Team Subscription & Billing

View your subscription and billing information within Precision.


What you need to know:

  • At the moment, you can only view your subscription status and licences used.

  • If you want to make changes to your subscription, request copies of invoices, contact your Account Manager or email our support team so they can help.


Subscription

To view you subscription details in Precision, Go to Team Home > Manage Team > Subscription

This section shows you the status of your subscription such as 'active' or 'expired'. It will also show the current period and the number of licences you are currently using.

If you want to make changes to your subscription please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss your options.

Billing

Go to Team Home > Manage Team > Subscription

You can view and edit your billing information in Precision such as your:

  • Card details for expired cards

  • Edit your Company details such name and address
