We have automated mistake reporting in the Dext Prepare Web App and Mobile App
If we’ve made a mistake extracting data from your documents, just correct the field and we record that action as a reported mistake. Your feedback helps our machine learning algorithms improve, and will increase our data extraction accuracy in the future.
This means we are continuously monitoring and learning from the changes you make. This also means saving you time as you no longer need to log a report for any affected item.
Please note that for errors with Bank Statement data extraction, continue to click the ‘Report Mistake’ button and this will resubmit the bank statement for extraction, so we can continue to learn and improve our process.
